Dominating the underground So-Cal psychadelic scene, The Growlers are definitely a band to look out for in 2009! With Brooks Nielson (vocals) manning the wheel, bandmates Matt Taylor (guitar), Scott Montoya (bass), Miles Patterson (keyboard/guitar) and Brian Stewart (drums) create ghostly melodic soundwaves similar to Jim Morrison, The Doors, and The Beach Boys on a mushroom trip sailing across the Indian Ocean with Jerry Garcia.
